About Lula’s Longarm Quilting
Lula’s Longarm Quilting is owned and operated by Betsy in Fallbrook, California. Betsy has been quilting for more than 20 years and brings experience, care, and attention to detail to every quilt she finishes.
After falling in love with quilting in 2002, Betsy began longarming in 2009 and upgraded to a computerized machine in 2021. She now offers high-quality edge-to-edge quilting services to help you turn your quilt tops into beautifully finished pieces.

Services & Pricing
Edge-to-Edge Quilting
All-over quilting designs using a computerized longarm system.
Rate: 2¢ per square inch (no extra charge for thread)
Example: 60" × 80" = 4,800 sq in → $96.00
(Custom or semi-custom quilting is not available at this time.)
Trimming Service
If you’d like your quilt trimmed after quilting:

Small (≤60” × 60”) – $10

Medium (≤96” × 93”) – $15

Large (>96” × 93”) – $20
Batting Sales
You may bring your own batting or purchase:

Quilter’s Dream 80/20 or Cotton (93” wide) – $12/yard

Quilter’s Dream Polyester (93” wide) – $9/yard
Binding
Binding services are not currently offered.
Preparing Your Quilt
Before dropping off your quilt, please take a few minutes to make sure it’s ready for longarming — this helps ensure the best results.
Quick Checklist:

Backing and batting must be at least 4” larger on all sides than the quilt top.

Press your quilt top and backing so seams are flat.

Remove loose threads from the back of the quilt top.

Square up your quilt top and backing.
-
Do not pin, baste, or layer your quilt — bring each piece separately.

Check that borders are flat and not wavy.
